What is lymphatic massage?
Lymphatic massage is a gentle manual treatment that aims to support the body's own lymphatic circulation and remove excess fluid from the tissues. The treatment uses gentle, pumping and rhythmic strokes that target the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes.
Lymphatic massage helps to reduce swelling, support the metabolism and immune system and relieve stress, among other things. If targeted correctly, it can also aid recovery, relieve pain and improve skin condition.

Lymphatic massage is performed in a calm rhythm, with light and repetitive strokes. The treatment targets the lymphatics and lymph nodes of the body and is directed according to the lymphatic circulation.
The treatment can target the whole body or a specific area, such as the face, legs or upper body. The therapist always adapts the treatment to the client's situation and needs.
A lymphatic massage is not a traditional muscle massage - it doesn't feel strong, but it goes deep. Many people find they feel lighter, breathe more freely and feel calmer after just one session.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel your booked appointment free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time. For online bookings, you can cancel the appointment yourself via Vello. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the price of the appointment. If the reservation is not cancelled, the full fee will be charged.
